The activity report screen is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of user activities within the Xfax portal. This screen consists of four main data columns:

  1. Date/Time: The timestamp of each activity.

  2. User (and Email): The name and email address of the user performing the activity.

  3. IP Address: The IP address from which the activity was performed.

  4. Activities: A detailed log of actions taken within the portal, including viewing specific screens, edits, adjustments, and sending or receiving faxes. Essentially, all user activities are captured here.


Filtering and Viewing Reports

At the top of the page, you can filter the activity report by specific users or view activities for all users. Additionally, you can set a date range using the "Create From" (report start period) and "Create To" (report end period) fields.

Once you have specified your filters (note that filtering is optional), click the 'Search' button. The filtered activity report will then be displayed on the screen.


Exporting Reports

For further analysis or record-keeping, the activity report can be exported as a CSV file.


Access Restrictions

Please note that the activity report feature is only available to tenant administrators. This ensures that only authorized personnel can view and manage user activity data.
