The CDR (Call Detail Record) report screen provides detailed logs of fax activities within the Xfax portal. This screen consists of several data columns:
Date/Time: The timestamp of each fax activity.
User & Email: The name and email address of the user involved in the activity.
Destination: The destination number or address of the fax.
Direction: Indicates whether the fax was inbound or outbound.
Caller ID: The caller ID associated with the fax.
Status: The status of the fax (e.g., delivering, completed).
Billing Group: The billing group associated with the fax, if specified.
Pages: The number of pages in the fax.
Filtering and Viewing Reports
At the top of the page, you can filter the CDR report by specific users or view activities for all users. Additional filters include the direction of the fax (inbound or outbound) and the reporting period, specified by "Create From" (report start period) and "Create To" (report end period) fields.
Once you have specified your filters (note that filtering is optional), click the 'Search' button. The filtered CDR report will then be displayed on the screen.
Exporting Reports
For further analysis or record-keeping, the CDR report can be exported as a CSV file.
Access Restrictions
Please note that the CDR report feature is only available to tenant administrators. This ensures that only authorized personnel can view and manage fax activity data.
