Inbound routing methods are configured in the user management section. There are three inbound fax routing methods available on the Xfax platform, providing users with flexible and secure options for accessing their inbound faxes.
Inbound History Only
Inbound faxes are accessible directly in the Xfax portal under the Inbound History section.
Fax to Email
Inbound faxes are accessible/viewable in the same way as the Inbound History method, but additionally, an email with the document attached is sent to the user's email address. Sample email below.
Secure Web Delivery
Sends a secure link of the fax to the user's email/mailbox. The fax is not included as an attachment in the email.
