How to Raise a Support Ticket

Need help? It’s easy to raise a support ticket by sending us an email. Follow these simple steps to ensure your request is handled promptly: 


  1. Email Us: Send an email to [email protected].


  2. Clear Subject Line: In the subject line, briefly explain the issue or request.  

    For example: "Login Issue" or "Request for Information".


  3. Provide Detailed Information: In the email, give us as much detail as possible. Include: 

    - Any error messages. 

    - Steps to recreate the issue. 

    - Screenshots or attachments (if helpful). 


  4. Include Your Contact Information: Remember to include your name, phone number, and any other contact details. 


  5. Send Your Email: Once you have completed all the necessary information, click "Send" to submit your support ticket. 


  6. Wait for a Response: Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible via email with further instructions or a resolution to your issue.
