The Create Contact page allows users to save contacts for quicker fax sending, eliminating the need to re-enter fax details each time. Follow the steps below to create a new contact:

  1. Navigate to the Create Contact Page:

    • Access the Create Contact page from the navigation menu.

  2. Enter Contact Information:

    • First Name (Mandatory): Enter the first name of the contact.

    • Last Name: Enter the last name of the contact.

    • Company: Enter the company name associated with the contact.

    • Fax Number (Mandatory): Enter the fax number in +E.164 format (e.g., +[country code][area code][subscriber number]).

  3. Click Create:

    • Once all required information is provided, click the Create button.

  4. Confirmation:

    • The contact will be saved and will appear in the Manage Contacts section for future use.

Important Notes:

  • The First Name and Fax Number fields are mandatory.

  • The Fax Number must be in +E.164 format:

    • Example: +1 (country code) 212 (area code) 5551234 (subscriber number).

By following these steps, you can efficiently save contacts and streamline your fax sending process.
