The Create Contact page allows users to save contacts for quicker fax sending, eliminating the need to re-enter fax details each time. Follow the steps below to create a new contact:
Navigate to the Create Contact Page:
Access the Create Contact page from the navigation menu.
Enter Contact Information:
First Name (Mandatory): Enter the first name of the contact.
Last Name: Enter the last name of the contact.
Company: Enter the company name associated with the contact.
Fax Number (Mandatory): Enter the fax number in +E.164 format (e.g., +[country code][area code][subscriber number]).
Click Create:
Once all required information is provided, click the Create button.
Confirmation:
The contact will be saved and will appear in the Manage Contacts section for future use.
Important Notes:
The First Name and Fax Number fields are mandatory.
The Fax Number must be in +E.164 format:
Example: +1 (country code) 212 (area code) 5551234 (subscriber number).
