The Outbound History screen provides a comprehensive overview of all faxes sent. This screen is designed to help users easily track and manage outbound faxes. Below are the key components of the Outbound History screen:

  • Date: Displays the date and time when the fax was received.

  • Subject: Shows the subject line of the fax, if provided.

  • To Number: Indicates the destination fax number.

  • Pages: Total number of pages contained in the fax.

  • Status: Reflects the current status of the fax.

  • View: Provides a button to view the fax being sent and its details. Key components in the fax details are:

    • Status

    • From - This is the fax number assigned to the user account. Note - a fax number must be assigned to send outbound faxes. If a number is required, contact your administrator.

    • To

    • Transmission duration - Total duration of the fax being sent, this includes all retry attempts.

    • Date

    • Pages

All faxes contain an event log. The event log captures detailed information about the fax being sent.  Including:

  • Method of fax being sent - e.g. web portal, email to fax

  • Date and time fax media was processed

  • Date and time fax was delivered
