The Outgoing Queue is your central hub for monitoring all faxes currently being sent or in transmission. This interface provides an overview of your active fax transmissions.

  • Date: Displays the date and time when the fax was initiated.

  • Subject: If a subject was provided, it will be shown here for easy identification of the fax content.

  • To Fax Number: Shows the recipient's fax number.

  • Number of Pages: Indicates the total number of pages being sent.

  • Status: Provides real-time updates on the fax status, such as 'Delivering'.

  • View: Allows you to view the fax and its details.

Once a fax is successfully sent, it will no longer appear in the Outgoing Queue. Instead, it will be moved to the Outbound History section, where you can access and review all completed faxes. This ensures that your Outgoing Queue remains uncluttered and focused on active transmissions.

By utilising the Outgoing Queue screen, you can efficiently manage your faxing operations, ensuring that all your important documents are sent promptly and accurately.
