If you need to reset your password, you can easily do so through the portal. Follow these steps:

  1. Access the Profile Menu:

    • From any screen on the portal, locate the top right menu.

    • Click on your initials or profile icon to open the profile menu.

  1. Select Reset Password:

    • In the profile menu, click on Reset Password.

  2. Enter Password Details:

    • Enter your current password.

    • Enter your new password.

  3. Save Changes:

    • Click the Save button to apply the new password.

By following these steps, you can securely reset your password.
