When users log in to Xconnect, the first screen displayed is the Activity Monitor Dashboard. This dashboard provides an overview of document processing activity within the tenant.
At the top of the dashboard, users can view summary statistics that provide a quick snapshot of current processing activity:
Total Jobs
Pending
In Progress
Failed
Completed
These summary metrics provide a quick snapshot of your current processing workload and overall system performance.
Below the summary section, the dashboard lists detailed information for each job. The table includes the following fields:
Created On: Displays the date and time the job was created.
Job Type: Indicates whether the job is Inbound or Outbound.
Recipient: Shows the destination fax number or endpoint associated with the job.
Status: Displays the current state of the job — Completed, Failed, or In Progress.
Pages: Indicates the number of pages processed for that job.
Destination: Shows the configured delivery type (e.g., printer, file, email, or webhook).
Action: Allows users to take specific actions, such as restarting failed or incomplete jobs.
Jobs can also be filtered based on date, job type, statuses and keywords.
