Printer Integrations allows administrators to define and manage printers used within the platform. This includes adding new printers, viewing existing, and performing actions such as editing or deleting printer configurations.
Existing Printers
The list of configured printers displays the following details:
Name – The printer’s display name.
Hostname / IP Address – The network address of the printer.
Port – The port number used for communication.
Protocol – The selected protocol (TCP/IP or IPP).
Action – Options to View, Edit, or Delete the printer.
Creating a Printer
To add a new printer:
Click Create Printer.
Enter the following details:
Printer Name
Print Protocol – Choose either TCP/IP or IPP.
Hostname / IP Address
Port – The default port is 9100.
Click Save to complete the configuration.
